Erik Sandvold

Erik Sandvold (Artistic Company Member) along with appearances in many readings, Curious New Voices plays, and Denver Stories, has been featured in more than 20 full productions over Curious’ 24 years including: Pass OverYour Best OneAppropriateThe Luckiest PeopleLucky Me (Best Of Westword: Best Actor in a Comedy), Clybourne ParkHomebody/KabulOpusRabbit HoleFuddy Meers, CloserTake Me Out (The Denver Post Ovation Award, Best Performance by an Actor in a Comedic Role) and I Am My Own Wife (The Denver Post Ovation Award, Best Solo Performance). Erik has worked often with other leading theatre companies in Colorado, in productions such as PlainsongWhen We Are MarriedWellA Flea in Her Ear (Denver Center Theatre Company); Arsenic and Old Lace, 1940’s Radio Hour (Arvada Center); Romeo and JulietTwelfth NightThe Rivals (Colorado Shakespeare Festival);  The Explorers’ Club (Lone Tree Performing Arts Center); and The Rembrandt (BETC). Erik performed the one-actor musical Bubs (The Denver Post Ovation Award, Best Solo Performance) and narrated all the Harry Potter books for The Library of Congress. He is an alumnus of Northwestern University.
