Plan For Your Visit!

Curious is Going Green!

We are happy to announce that Curious is kicking off our Green Initiative! Our goal is to become a more sustainable and environmentally conscious company by reducing our amount of paper & plastic waste, using eco-friendly cleaning products and recycling of all eligible materials at our theatre. Because of this new initiative, we will no longer be providing printed tickets or full playbills.

Parking

At this time, the parking lot across the street at the Zing Credit Union is still closed due to construction. The full parking lot located directly south of the Curious building (right side) is available for parking free of charge. However, spots are limited so please plan to arrive early to secure a spot and be sure you place a Curious Parking Pass in your dashboard so we know you’re with us!

If there are no spots available in our parking lot when you arrive, please try one of the following options:

  • Street parking is free in our neighborhood after 6pm Monday – Saturday and all day Sunday
  • Acoma Street Parking Pay Garage located at 1120 Acoma Street
  • Parking Pay Lot located at 1055 Lincoln Street
  • NOTE for Parking Pay Lot located at 1056 Acoma Street
    • We recommend you do NOT park in this lot as the pay machine is often broken resulting in ticketed cars during the performance.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes earlier than normal to allow for time to locate parking!

**Please make sure to pick up a parking permit from our Box Office if you wish to park in this lot or download it HERE. Vehicles parked in the parking lot that are not clearly displaying this permit on their dashboard may be towed at the owner’s expense.

Accessibility

Curious Theatre Company is wheelchair accessible; our wheelchair entrance is near the handicap accessible parking in the lot adjacent to our theatre. Because this door is not staffed at all times, please advise us in advance of your performance date so we may greet you.

We also offer a limited number of assistive listening devices, which are available on a first-come first-serve basis. Just let our Box Office representative know if you need one when you arrive.

If you have any additional special needs, we are happy to assist in any way we can. Please simply email or call the box at 303.623.0524 in advance.

Age Appropriateness

We require that audience members find alternative activities to our performances for children under 6 years of age. In addition, our material may not be appropriate for young people under 14 years of age. We will gladly discuss subject matter with parents or guardians before the performance in order to make an informed decision for you and your child. Before purchasing tickets, please email or call our Box Office at 303.623.0524.

Late Seating

Patrons who arrive late will be seated at the discretion of the House & Stage Manager, and may not be seated in their assigned seats until intermission. In the event that a performance runs without an intermission, latecomers will be seated in a location that will not disrupt the performers or other audience members. We reserve the right to deny admission to latecomers when a performance has been running for 15 minutes or more.

Ticket Exchanges and Refunds

There are NO ticket exchanges on Single Tickets except under the permission and discretion of Management. Subscribers, both Full & Flex as a membership perk, are permitted unlimited exchanges on their Season Tickets by contacting the Box Office. We do NOT offer ticket refunds. Please call our Administration Office at (303) 623-2349 with any questions!
