Curious Theatre Company is proudly committed to being Colorado’s premiere home for provocative, contemporary plays. We accept full-length scripts, year-round from literary agents, as well as from theatre professionals with whom we have an existing relationship.

As part of Curious Theatre Company’s commitment to local artists, we will also accept a 10-page script sample from Colorado-based playwrights, which must include a resume, a play synopsis, and a statement explaining why your play might be a good fit for Curious Theatre Company.

We have a special interest in plays written by and for diverse voices & plays written by women playwrights.

We strongly encourage familiarizing yourself with the kind of work we do by reading our mission and production history before submitting.  Sorry, we do not accept unsolicited scripts.

Due to limited staff resources, we are unable to accept scripts that do not match the criteria above.  Due to the number of submissions we receive, we will only respond if we are interested in a particular play or playwright.
